2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
3 cloves garlic (chopped)
1/2 onion (chopped)
8 oz white mushrooms (sliced)
1/2 cup dry white wine

Instructions:

Season the pork chops on both sides with salt, pepper, garlic powder and Italian seasoning. Set aside.
