3 cups bread flour or all-purpose flour more may be needed
1 cup milk
2 1/4 teaspoons instant yeast (1 packet)
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons melted butter
2 teaspoons salt
1 Tablespoon melted butter
Coarse salt optional

Instructions:

Warm the milk in the microwave

Pour the milk in the bowl of a mixer, sprinkle the yeast. Mix lightly and cover for 5 minutes for yeast to activate
