We could not believe how delicious AND simple these No Bake Cookies & Cream Bars are! They disappeared way too fast. Next time I am doubling this recipe!

Ingredients:
For the crust :
24 Oreos
4 Tbsp butter
For the filling :
3/4 cup white chocolate chips

Instructions:

For the crust :

Place 24 oreos in a plastic baggy and smash them into crumbs with a rolling pin. Melt butter in the microwave and combine oreo crumbs with the butter and press into a 9 inch square pan that has been lined with aluminum foil or parchment paper. Set aside.
