Ingredients:
1 1⁄2 cups water
1 tablespoon active dry yeast
2 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
4 cups bread flour

Instructions:

Mix together warm water, yeast and sugar and let stand for about 10 minutes.

In large bowl, combine yeast mixture with oil, salt and 2 cups of the flour.

Stir well to combine.
